Shipping policies

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post. We currently only ship within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the official rates of the Swiss Post and are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping costs vary depending on the package size, weight and shipping method (economy or priority).

Processing & delivery time

• Processing time: 3–4 business days after receipt of payment

• Delivery time: depending on the product approx. 1–2 weeks from the date of dispatch
  Items in stock are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended in case of high demand or special circumstances (e.g. holidays).

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address), we reserve the right to charge you for the additional shipping costs.

Local pickup

Pickup is possible. Please select this option during the ordering process and wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. The pickup address will be communicated to you separately.
